Fin4B: a step towards the digital transformation of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan

The international forum Digital Bridge 2025 was held in Astana on 2–4 October and became one of the key venues for discussing the future of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. The forum featured the Fin4B platform — an innovative solution being created with the participation of Prime Source in cooperation with Baiterek Holding.

A next-generation intelligent platform

Fin4B is being developed as a single AI platform that simplifies how businesses interact with financial organizations and state institutions.
The system brings together the digital profile of an entrepreneur, analytical tools and intelligent mechanisms for matching financial solutions, opening the way to a new level of support for small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan.

Fin4B is currently at the stage of active rollout and pilot testing together with financial institutions. Even today the platform demonstrates the potential to accelerate processes significantly and to improve the transparency and quality of the decisions taken.

The development of Fin4B is seen as a strategic project that will in time become the core of Kazakhstan’s digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The platform lays the foundation for a single standard of interaction between businesses, banks and development institutions, where decisions are made on the basis of data and artificial intelligence.

Fin4B does more than automate existing processes — it creates a new model for business assessment, risk management and the delivery of financial products.
In the longer term, the platform will become an instrument of sustainable growth for entrepreneurship, giving companies fair and transparent access to financing and giving financial institutions reliable analytics for decision-making.
